A purchaser located in Spain would not pay for a purchase invoice from an Italian vendor claiming to have paid at the hand of one of the vendor’s agents by cash, who had actually maintained the sums as a payment of his own indemnity to the rescission of his working contract. Following a first instance civil ordinary proceeding and an appeal session reviewing the case of the purchaser before a competent Spanish judge, the process went on to the execution and payment of the debt by the purchaser sentenced to paying the vendor.
